Terms of Use

By downloading, installing, accessing, or utilizing ZeroAuth, you explicitly agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the application.

Optional Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to utilize ZeroAuth for your personal or internal business security authentication needs.

You are solely responsible for keeping your device secure, protecting your PIN/biometrics, verifying credential accuracy, and safeguarding any backup files or QR codes you export.

You must not misuse the app, interfere with cryptographic protocols, attempt to bypass system enclaves, reverse engineer the source code, or utilize ZeroAuth for any unlawful activities.

We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any app features at our discretion. We do not warrant that the application will run without interruption or device incompatibilities.

Exporting raw vault data or QR backups carries risk. Optional Labs is not liable for unauthorized access caused by device compromises, insecure backup storage, phishing, or user error.

Your use of ZeroAuth is subject to Apple App Store, Google Play, or other vendor distribution terms. Optional Labs is not responsible for device manufacturers or OS limitations.

ZeroAuth, its logo, algorithms, branding, styling, and design frameworks are owned by Optional Labs India and are protected by applicable trademark, copyright, and trade secret laws.

The application is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Optional Labs disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness, and non-infringement.

To the max extent permitted by law, Optional Labs India will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of account access, vault data, or compromise.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Optional Labs India from any claims, losses, or legal liabilities arising from your violation of these terms or misuse of the application.

We may suspend or terminate your license to use ZeroAuth immediately if you violate these terms. You can terminate these terms by uninstalling the application and deleting all local vaults.
